Sorry, it's not recommended to whack this cookie on the table. It might break up into little pieces but not into nice slices.If it's the taste you're looking for than this is the cookie for you.

I hope Valentine's Day was a success for you. I had fun developing a few new flavors for the occasion. The chocolate raspberry, chocolate covered strawberry, chocolate caramel pecan and black forest cookies were a real hit. I was told by several customers that they were my best yet.

Well the next holiday is in sights and I have begun to brainstorm my ideas for this one. St. Patty's Day! If you have any ideas you would like to see, please comment here, on our blog, on facebook, or our Squidoo blog. I would love to hear from you. Especially since I am not Irish! I could use a little help with this one.
